Fetch & Thrive Refund & Returns Policy
At Fetch & Thrive, we want both you and your dog to love what you order from us. But we totally get that sometimes things don’t go to plan! Whether it’s the wrong size, not quite what you expected, or there’s a problem with your item, we’re here to help.
Returns: No Hassle, Just Happy Dogs
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to return an item. We just ask that:
- It’s unused and in its original packaging.
- It’s in sellable condition (i.e., not chewed, slobbered on, or covered in fur!).
- You have your proof of purchase handy.
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on treats, supplements, or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Need to send something back? No worries! Just drop us an email at info@fetchandthrive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
We kindly ask that you cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We always recommend using a tracked service, just in case.
Refunds: Quick & Easy
Once your return arrives back with us and we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We can’t refund:
- Items returned in a used or damaged condition (unless they arrived that way).
- Returns sent back after 30 days.
- Non-returnable items (like treats or custom products).
If your refund seems to be taking a while, please check with your bank or payment provider first, and then get in touch if you need a hand.
Exchanges: Let’s Get It Right!
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we’ll happily replace it for you. Just email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@fetchandthrive.co.uk with a few photos, and we’ll sort it out.
Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
If you need to cancel an order, let us know ASAP at info@fetchandthrive.co.uk. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll refund you straight away. If it’s already on its way, you’ll just need to follow our returns process once it arrives.
